General terms and conditions

I. The contract is concluded with Joseph II Heurigenbetriebs GmbH, Kantgasse 3 / 6, A-1010 Vienna (FN 555136b, Vienna Regional Court) and upon payment of the voucher.

II. Order
In order to keep the order costs as low as possible, you can pay for the vouchers directly by credit card or online bank transfer and have the voucher sent to you free of charge by e-mail. The vouchers are provided with a unique barcode which is required to redeem the voucher. The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the voucher template. Joseph II Heurigenbetriebs GmbH is not liable for any misuse of the voucher template. Each voucher can only be redeemed once.

III. Minimum age
Only persons over the age of 18 are entitled to make purchases in our Internet store.

IV. Prices and products
The purchased vouchers with the respective total value cannot be redeemed in cash. If the consumption is less than the value of the voucher, you will receive a further credit note from our company.
An invoice with proof of tax can only be issued at the time the service is actually provided, i.e. when the voucher is redeemed (UstG).
The voucher is only valid once the amount due has been paid in full.
The validity period of the vouchers is printed on the voucher. All vouchers are valid for 3 years and must be redeemed within this period.
If an ordered item is no longer available, the voucher can be used for other services according to its printed value - after prior agreement with Joseph II Heurigenbetriebs GmbH.

V. Service vouchers include the respective statutory VAT; in the case of value vouchers, the statutory VAT is not included. They will be charged when the service is used.

VII. Security guarantee & data protection
Your security is our top priority! Therefore, data such as credit card number, bank code, account number, name and address are transmitted via a protected SSL line when paying by credit card. This means that no unauthorized person can read the data you enter during transmission over the Internet. In order to provide additional security in the voucher store, we use a number of additional security measures. Your details are processed automatically by us. On the basis of the General Terms and Conditions, the customer agrees to receive advertising information from the store operator Joseph II Heurigenbetriebs GmbH. This data will not be passed on to third parties.

VIII. Personal data
By providing personal data (in particular e-mail address), the buyer expressly agrees to the collection, storage and processing of the data provided in the submitted form for the purposes of marketing and advertising by the store operator Joseph II Heurigenbetriebs GmbH. In particular, the buyer expressly agrees to the storage of his data. This data will not be passed on to third parties.


IX. Exchange and return
Please return vouchers that do not meet your expectations within 14 days of sending them to us. It is sufficient if the written declaration of withdrawal (revocation) is sent within 14 days. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply if use of the service has already begun within the withdrawal period. This right of withdrawal applies to customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act.

X. Loss of vouchers
In the event of loss, theft or invalidation of vouchers, no compensation can be provided by Joseph II Heurigenbetriebs GmbH.
